FAQ's about W-2's

If you are a new user and have not Registered for the Employee Portal, you must Register first.  If you are unsure how to Register or have forgotten your login information, call our office at 334.712.9939 opt 9 and leave a message or send an email to W2_pre@prdothan.com with the following information: your FULL name, date of birth, company where you work, correct address and a good contact number.  Someone will return your call or email within 24 hours.

1. When will my W2 be ready?

2020 W2’s will be mailed and uploaded to the Employee Portal no later than February 1st, 2021. If you signed up to receive your W2 electronically, you will not receive a copy in the mail.  Log into the Employee Portal and download.

 

2. How do I update my mailing address?

You can change your address in the Employee Portal. Choose Personal from the menu and then Address.

 

3. Can I get a copy of my most recent check stub?

Yes!  You can download your most recent check stub from the Employee Portal.  

 

4. Can I pick up my W2 at your office or can you fax/email it to me?

You can pick up a copy once we start reissuing them, beginning February 12, 2021.  We do not fax or email W2's.

 

5. What if I do not receive, or can’t access my W2 on the portal?

We will start reissuing W2's on February 12, 2021. Please call our office at 334-712-9939, press 9, leave a message, and someone will call you back within 24 hours. If we haven’t already, we will assist you in pulling your W2 from the employee portal, or we can print and mail you a copy.
